No Guarantee of Results

Astrological interpretations, Vastu recommendations, and spiritual remedies are based on traditional scriptures and experiential knowledge.

Results may vary depending on:

Individual karma
Personal effort and faith
Environmental and practical factors

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial gains, health improvements, or removal of life challenges.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate birth details, property layouts, and relevant information.
Implementation of suggested remedies or Vastu changes is voluntary.
The final decision to act upon any guidance rests solely with the client.

Fees & Payments

All consultation fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Fees once paid are considered confirmation of service booking.

Refund Policy

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
Rescheduling is permitted once if requested at least 24 hours prior to the session.
Customized reports and remedial guidance are non-refundable once preparation has begun.
Payments for spiritual rituals, pujas, or Dash Mahavidya sadhana services are non-refundable due to advance arrangements and material allocation.
In case the consultant is unable to deliver the committed service, a refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

Confidentiality

All client information, personal data, birth details, property details, and consultation discussions will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for:

Personal decisions made by the client
Financial or business losses
Health-related consequences
Emotional or psychological outcomes

All services are provided in good faith and based on traditional knowledge systems.

By engaging in consultation or services with Jyoti Jadhav, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
